Excellent presenters explaining the carnationcrafts products features The dies are beautiful and having artwork takes crafting to a different level The items purchased are well packed presented and very quickly dispatched However unfortunately the costs are becoming too expensive for me to keep purchasing them

Wasn t a five because one of the dies I ordered was missed off when the order was packed- which is the second time that has happened to me However once I sent an email with photo the missing die was sent out immediately

My order arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I wanted My only criticism is I never received an email stating that it had shipped It would have been nice to have a general idea about when it would arrive

Fabulous products

The dies and vignettes are absolutely gorgeous and make the most beautiful cards and 3d scenes The collections cross pollinate so you can make endless unique projects The speed at which you receive your products after order is amazing and second to none in my experience of craft companies My only issue is that pricing is a little high as with most crafts There are so many collections I would love to own but unfortunately simply can t afford particularly in light of the cost of living rising all the time Certainly a luxury that needs to be carefully planned However the quality of these products is fantastic

Art work and dies are top notch Only problem I have is none of the sentiments work They download in Chinese Meaning I can t use them Despatch Service is great one of the best
