This company is a horrible constantly sending books and no customer service I paid my bill on time and ordered occasionally from them then they put my order on hold and ran a credit check inquiry Why I had paid my bill and was not over their limit they are a scheister group Beware

Horrible company ever ordered a product May 30th Then things started going downhill Thought it was odd that I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL of my order after i placed it Ship status stayed on N A i called customer service on June 5th asking what the status of the order was was told shipping would take another 3-4 weeks forget it cancelled order asked was I going to get a confirmation email stating the order was cancelled at least he said yes i did not receive anything or refund had to call bank for a chargeback ridiculous

I placed an order on January 20 2021 I received a letter February 4 2021 stating they could not charge my credit card due to billing address and address didn t match Called bank and was informed that the address had been changed to our AZ address snow birds I called and corrected the problem and still never received order confirmation as according to them my e mail was incorrect it was not I then called again a got ahold of someone with very poor English and even though letter sent said to send check was told they didn t accept checks This has been the most infuriating company I ever dealt with Let s see if check works If not will add my complaint to BBB

Warning to people calling to place an order My mother in law made a purchase by phone to carol wright and dr Leonard for 1 item each and every week was charged 24 99 until we caught it After phoning them we got nowhere had to cancel card and never received money back Its a shame that they take advantage of seniors like that

CHEAP QUALITY

The quality of their products are cheap I ordered a flannel nightgown and had a huge hole I called their unhelpful customer service department and all they wanted was for me to return the nightgown to receive a replacement Most stores would be apologetic and replace the item upon your call I will never buy anymore of their cheaply made clothing

This company customer service reps are the worst I ve encountered Not only did they leave off part of my order they didn t know how it was gonna be shipped They were rude putting my call on mute to keep from helping me by pretending to have a bad connection I spent hrs trying to find where my order was by calling around to different delivery services I will never use them again let them know this

Worst service ever First they claim FREE SHIPPING but still has a HIDDEN COVID SURCHARGE seems to me it could be illegal in most states Second Do not keep you posted with delivery times I placed an order on Early October after several weeks went by I checked to see status and claimed it would be shipped on Dec 15 well I want it to decorate BEFORE CHRISTMASTIME not after was I notified NO NEVER AT ALL Then customer service over the phone was extremely RUDE when I asked why wasn t I advised about time

Awful experience Ordered an oven liner but instead got a furniture cover for a recliner After getting disconnected THREE TIMES I was told to return the wrong item first before they send me the correct item I told them to send me the right item first then I will return the wrong item I got DISCONNECTED again I threw their catalog in the recycling bin NEVER AGAIN Carol Wright
