Refilled cartridges which didn t work

I should have read the reviews before ordering The site does not state that the cartridges are refills However I thought I would give them a go but my HP printer didn t recognise them and they didn t work I was disappointed that there is no phone number but I returned the cartridges to the address on the website and received a refund for the cartridges not my postage I will stick to original HP cartridges in future

Misleading description

I also thought that the cartridges would be new ones instead they are refills I had to e mail them after 8 days to ask where my order was they replied and I eventually got my order 12 days after ordering them I would not order from them again

Seemed like a good buy at first - but didn t last

Seemed like a good buy but didn t last I have had the same printer for about 2 decades and so know from experience that my HP45 cartridges last me over 2 years each When the last one ran out - I purchased one from cartridgestop This appeared to be Ok until suddenly showing signs of failure after only 5 months My usage was no more than normal I wrote to the company via email - as their contact page doesn t work still not fixed a few weeks later - but didn t get a reply

Customer service response spot on Delivery time not so much

Took 2 weeks Had to chase Kept being told a day for delivery and never arrived Got told they deliver with Royal Mail but had Royal Mail delivery to my door today and no cartridges Happened to go out my back door this evening and a parcel was left leaning against the wall No knock nothing No idea how long been left there Thankfully it wasn t raining today Ended up having to buy elsewhere as completely ran out of ink and couldn t print with the time it took them to deliver Not sure how long it would have taken had I not chased them up They respond quick just shame about their delivery time

Prompt refund Website needs to be more Explainable

I have just received a prompt refund for incompatable cartridges I received from cartridgestop After reading reviews I wasn t very hopeful regarding this I would like to add that the website itself does not indicate that cartridges are remanufactured until you actually press on picture of product for a another box to open and it then explains this this is after the option to add product to basket It is very misleading as all photos of cartridges on website have official logos of manufacturers on them Maybe these cartridges work ok on other printers but they did not work on mine

Thought when i had to wait a month that i had been scammed but when I contacted them they sent the cartridgesdidnt realise they were recycled HP cartridgesthey are working well thoughCartridge stop seems genuine but should state that the cartriges are not original HP ones

i ordered ink from here

i ordered ink from here i didnt get a conformation email after paying so i read the reviews which i should of done before i ordered but my ink turned up a few days later so thankyou got a deal 2x sets for my printer at a fraction of the shop price very happy

Don t deal with CartridgStop

I ordered two sets of cartridges to date none received can t contact no number everything email which apparently they don t answer so will have to get refund through Credit Card and all the hassle that goes with that DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY The cartridges were delivered

Slow delivery but happy ending

The delivery did take a while I contacted Cartridge stop to find out where my order was To be fair they emailed me straight back and apologised for the delay They said my inks would be with me the following day which they were These were genuine refilled HP inks which have worked perfectly in my printer I think they offered good value for money and would use this company again

Good service quick response

I bought the set of inks for HP printer first didn t work but I contacted the seller and the issue was solved The seller responded quickly and was very helpful So then I will use the service again
