servise was good

The cartridge was not as expect of HP original however when contact to cartridgestop they did answer back promptly and processed refund without delay I was worried sick when I read the reviews about this website was a scam the fact is their service was not that bad just the mislead about goods not original HP

Goods Received After Chasing

Following my order confirmation the delivery did take a couple of weeks to arrive However after I contacted Cartridge stop to find out where my order was they emailed me back and apologised for the delay They said my inks would be with me within 2 days which they were These were genuine refilled HP301 inks which have worked perfectly in my printer so far

No they weren t original as claimed

No they weren t original as claimed Delivery wasn t quick but I emailed them and they were sent out straight away The ink cartridges worked well in my HP printer using HP 301 black and coloured ink

Better than I feared

I made the mistake of not reading Trustpilot reviews before ordering so having subsequently seen them when the cartridges weren t received promptly I assumed the worst That was a mistake Yes the delivery was a little slower than I had expected but the cartridges did arrive and they work well in my HP 9010 You get a message that they are re-manufactured cartridges but that s all The ink level on the first cartridge used shows as low but they do come with a label warning you to expect that I m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are full The printer test page comes out well I don t doubt all the negative reviews below but my experience suggests that this vendor may have got their act together now

Having had a problem with some

Having had a problem with some cartridges I subsequently came across the Trust pilot reviews and more or less wrote the items off however I sent an email and immediately received a positive response from the company and within a short time received replacements for the faulty cartridges so for myself I have to say that Cartridgestop have earned the 5 Stars Thank you Cartridgestop

Don t believe everything you read Cartridge stop have been great at giving me a refund on some cartridges first class communication with sales team

Feel lucky I received my order

Having ordered and paid for two full sets of ink cartridges and not received any confirmation of despatch after a couple of days I looked at trust pilot reviews and my heart sank that I would never receive my order However I emailed cartrdgestop to query delivery and received a prompt reply back stating that I should receive my order within 2 days Today my order arrived and the cartridges are working although they are not the original Brother cartridges I thought I would receive so obviously refills but can t complain about the service Not sure I would order from here again though just in case
