I read about the difficulties that HP printer owners had with off brands but wanted to try this particular product because of the guarantee The cartridges saved me lots of money and work perfectly I ll remember to avoid updating the HP operating software in case HP inserted an order to the printer to reject non-HP cartridges

My printer is an HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 These cartridges have worked without issue When installed a message pops up on the printer indicating they aren t HP cartridges I just click ok and there are no issues The HP utility indicates ink level but I have found once these are empty the printer utility just reports an error and not that it s empty Just eject the cartridge and shake If you don t hear the liquid ink moving back and forth you know it s just empty Well worth the price for all four cartridges I ll continue buying these
