Great experience
Great experience - as always I have found I can always rely on Castrads to provide me with excellent option for radiators for my property Customer service is great and the 2 man delivery to the property was very useful The delivery drivers were very attentive to check where I wanted these placed in the property and also talked through all the additional accessories I had ordered Additionally following my order I requested some more information on how I could extend one of the radiators I ordered to include more sections and the customer service team were very quick to reply and provide me with various options Thanks again for a great service

Fantastic high quality customer service from Nathan at Castrads Chelsea who worked very hard to ensure my radiators matched my project requirements He was friendly professional and even offered a site visit to ensure they were right As a result the whole experience was excellent and my Castrads radiators are gorgeous Highly recommmend

I was most grateful when I asked to have an earlier delivery slot to suit my electrician it was done with no fuss or bother Very jind and helpful staff on the phone and doing the delivery
