I generally don t leave reviews but feel compelled to do so because the service from CB Plumbing was phenomenal Firstly from sales to engineers everyone was knowledgeable and super friendly they answered every question I had and explained the works throughly Also worth mentioning they re competitively priced for the level of service you receive I needed a full boiler replacement and the sales team talked me through all the options available and what would work best in my house I received a courtesy call the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with the work Which I absolutely was the engineer was fab prompt and efficient and explained my new boiler system to me Would highly recommend and will definitely use again

Calvin was professional and understanding of my complete lack of knowledge about what was needing to be done and guided us through all the options available and costs involved When it came to installation day he was more than accommodating with timing due to me working from home He worked quickly tidily and professionally He took time to explain how to work the new boiler and the Hive we also got installed We have also been in contact about other work we would like to do He again took the time to look at this and offered his services I couldn t recommend his services more and look forward to having him complete other work we have planned
