Ordered and was guaranteed a certain day for delivery fri it did not arrive the tried to rectify MD called to resolve guaranteed it for the next day sat - it failed to article Both items then arrived the following Tuesday

If I could give them 0 stars I wouldI ordered from this company and paid 10 for next day delivery seeing as it s not even international shipping I personally this this is extortionate it s been 2 days and it hasn t arrived along with this when I tried speaking to their customer service the two ladies I spoke to were very unprofessional and unhelpful they were belittling me and making comments such as well you ve clearly not read it properly Get your act together and maybe spend the 10 I spent on shipping on training your customer service staff to have some manners and curtesy

The package I ordered came damaged I ordered a cut out to be delivered to my friend as it s her birthday however the package came damaged and wet leading to it having to be dried and pressed I was very disappointed as the package went straight to my friend

In any way am I trying to come off as hateful but my daughter got her cut out today that cost me 19 97 and I have to admit it was a joke That thing is smaller than my cat and I was in awe of how much you guys charge for these tiny things We will not be referring anyone to you and if anything we will be telling them NOT to order from you This is a complete rip off and a joke

It says that now that I have received my purchase you want a review I have yet to get it When did it go out because I have not got it yet

I contacted the company and Sasha couldn t have been nicer or more helpful HOWEVER the damage had already been done If you order after hours I placed my order during business hours on a Friday with an expected delivery date 4 days away I double checked before paying their site never updated or changed the date or mentioned that there was an after hours or weekend delay On Monday afternoon I received a notice that my order had shipped It was supposed to deliver on Tuesday On Wednesday I requested a tracking number only to discover that my order wouldn t arrive until Friday the day after I needed it The site takes great pains to explain the US Postal Service and Priority Mail are unreliable however had my order shipped via priority mail on Friday it would have arrived in time for my event Instead the order wasn t processed until Monday and didn t get to the post office until Tuesday the date that per their site said it would be delivered Takeaway only order if you have time to wait for delivery

Very bad I didn t know whether to laugh or cry when I saw that little piece of cardboard What a joke When I contacted the company they said apparently I ve ordered the mini size I didn t know they have different sizes for 15 with 5 delivery fee and refund would be at my own expense I mean May be I could ve done the same piece of cupboard myself what s the unique selling point here
