It took 5 days to arrive

It took 5 days to arrive You did say that it would take 3-5 days but I was hoping it would get here before the 5 days I needed it for an event it didn t arrive in time

Happy with my purchase for the price but the quality of the piece isn t too good Not well printed and looks like it was cut out in a rush 5 stars if they took more care with work

Good service bad image quality

It arrived really quickly however I m a little unhappy with the quality of the cut out It s an extremely low res image so it s very blurry and fuzzy Not worth 35 in my opinion

My daughter and I are very pleased with the life size Taylor Swift cutout we ordered It arrived right on time and the site sends you emails keeping you up to date on the expected delivery date The quality of the cutout is good The only thing was the S H cost It was a little high Overall a great experience dealing with the compamy I THOUGHT I just received my bill and there was a 20 68 difference in what this company quoted me as my total purchase price and The price that appeared on my bill is not what they stated to me Plus the credit card company charges a 2 05 Foreign currency fee BEWARE Why is there a difference and I m Not paying A 20 68 difference

Tom Jones mask

Mask arrived on time but the eye holes were not in the middle of the eyes and looked awful sent an email asking for replacement and this arrived a few days later but unfortunately after a fancy dress party so in summary disappointed

Its not bad

Photo quality is quite grainy and unfortunately the fold marks on the card board are very obvious as well as splintering of edges from poor cutting However it still fulfils the purpose i purchased it for and its not too expensive either

Missing invoice

The products are good and the delivery was realy quick but poor communication They didn t send the invoice with the shipment it was an order for the company I work for so the invoice is really important To get an answer I had to send at least two e-mails each time after not getting an answer to my first mail for 5 days and longer I got the invoice finaly but it wasn t issued to the company data I asked them to issue in my order Still didn t get the correct invoice I sent a month ago an e-mail asking them to correct it

Great service not a quality product

Can t fault the service very quick delivery Product is flimsy though and already ripped at the back after being put up once so am guessing it won t last long Extremely expensive for what it is Product resent and absolutely cannot fault the customer service of this company

I ordered on dec 11th and still havent gotten my package called and spoke to DHL who stated they lost my package and have no idea what or where it is or whats going on Not this companies fault but i didnt get it in time for christmas and that was suckie
