I sent an email once I realised I had put an old address in Edinburgh for my daughter This was within 10 minutes of placing the order I gave the new address but it was not ever acknowledged so the calendar has not be found

taking to long to get my cutout

I ordered my cutout Dec 6 2015 and its Dec 17th and still have not received my cutout But my payment sure went through hoping it comes before Christmas I did e-mail you guys Haven t heard back yet Wish u had a 1800 costumer service

Face Mask Order

Order 2 cut-outs that arrived in time however I haver received the wrong face mask twice There is no e-mail address to reply to and when called there was no answer Order no CC18729 CC18588 requested Benny from Abba twice but received a Bjorn mask

Great print quality poor packaging

I ordered a cutout as a surprise for my girlfriend the quality of the print was excellent however the packaging was very flimsy and when the item arrived it was damaged If the item had not been damaged I would have been very satisfied but in it s condition I was left disappointed

I received it on time Nice cut out size But very disappointed on the price it cost because the pictures is very blurry In there description to say life like I strongly disagree Picture very blurry Not worth the 70 00 that I paid for it I will be returning this item I really was looking forward to this celebrity cut out And it took a while to save the money for it Only to be disappointed I d say send me a different one of Michael Jackson for FREE

Poor Quality

I ordered a cardboard cut out of Sandra bullock as a gift for a friend Normally i would just give the gift out but i decided to check it for once and i am glad i did as the quality of the cut out was terrible and in places slightly torn thankfully the picture that was used wearing a black dress and i could colour in the tares with a black felt tip Although this is a fun joke gift due to the poor quality i wont be using this company again nor would i recommend them

Really disappointed for the price and don t think it was life size at all I ve since seen others the same at half that price Wish I had shopped around first

While the ordering and delivery was spot on I am disappointed with the product I could have blown a picture up on the computer cut it out and stuck it to some corrugated cardboard It looks like it s been cut with blunt scissors
