Totally Scam Exchange

Well to be very honest in my opinion Celia is totally a scam exchange Because in their white paper they had written that they will launch they token on Sep 1st now it s November and they have never talked about it They are just posting useless stuff on their Twitter as well And the other thing is user experience which is so bad App gets stuck all the time user can t even login on website When we talk about their presale they had a target of 200k in the phase but they sold only 61k tokens that means no one is believing in their project Other thing is they are moving funds from their presale account to other accounts I don t think they ll ever launch their token It s a totally scam exchange and waste of time And in app they are showing useless adds for no reason
