Disgusting company Don t ever put any money in I took a loan on my crypto than the price dropped and they did a margin call which would be fine if I would be able to transfer any money to the account to pay off my loan but they stopped all withdrawals transfers deposits So I wanted to pay off my loan but it wasn t possible because didn t allow to make any deposit How is this legal at all

This is the worst wallet ever To send funds out you have to wait 24 hours to get the approval on the address I found out today that when you send a large amount out it can take up to ANOTHER 24 hours for them to send They are no better than a bank holding your funds The Unbank Yourself shirt the CEO Mashinsky wears is BS and hypocritical Their customer service is basically non-existent except for snail mail

GAS Fees Customer Support FAIL

As others have noted this platform has some real problems when it comes to managing your assets They require you to submit an address 24 hours in advance in order to withdraw funds Worse when you make a withdrawal the ETH GAS FEES are sky high and you are asked to approve your transfer without being able to see the fee ahead of time so you re committing to a huge unknown fee beforehand Ridiculously expensive I contacted customer support and got a canned answer about Celsius does not charge fees They did not respond to the real content of my request and when I asked for further follow-up there was zero response STAY AWAY you will lose tons of in gas fees until the ETH network resolves its congestion issues Customer service portal is a sad joke

TRUSTPILOT CANNOT BE SERIOUS WITH THIS SCORING

As of the writing of this review Trustpilot is claiming there are nearly 1 100 five star reviews for this massively deceptive fraudulent company that stole from their clients fabricated their results and misappropriated the assets on load to them from their depositors At the time of wring there are also approx 300 one star reviews and the rest are a handful between two and four stars Trustpilot should probably check the ingredients in their secret sauce because this happy meal wreaks of artificial flavors and added preservatives

Celsius Network has frozen all withdrawals swaps and transfers between accounts as of June 14 2022 This is per Bloomberg News and is also stated right on Celsius Network at the top of the website They are in a financial crisis that news outlets say could lead to insolvency bankruptcy STAY AWAY and do your own research

Really enjoyed using Celsius until

I was enticed by the returns and really enjoyed using Celsius until they temporarily blocked all withdrawals to preserve and protect assets Now I fear I ll lose everything I had on their platform Don t make the same mistake steer clear of this until they put in some investor protections

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service doesn t respond at all forget of receiving any response from them e g if you are a new user and something is not clear to you They give you codes to attract you telling we give you USD 50 and you only have to buy or transfer 400 USD worth crypto and keep it for 30 days then when you actually wanna do it the minimum transaction is EUR 850 or you pay a high transaction fee not practical and not user-friendly

Account locked and tokens never refunded Customer Service told me i had abused with their referrals and various bonuses which from my point of view is not true In any case they told me to provide an adress for them to refund me my tokens without interest and referrals bonus A month later and despite several emails nothing has been returned Not recommended unless maybe if you do not enjoy any referral or bonus
