Hopeful but dissatisfied

It s hard to measure interest over time in the app and there is no way to directly buy any stable coin like USDC in app Also the keeps logging me out due to inactivity I think biometric authentication PIN is enough of a security measure I wish there was a web interface for this service I m still hopeful that this works since I saw CTT on youtube get it to work

I purchase Bitcoin

I purchase Bitcoin ethereum and Celsius through the Celsius network I paid 200 for each I got about 187 on Bitcoin about 170 and 165 on the other two tried emailing them on why this is but still no reply has anyone else had this and could they explain if they know why this is

The App is down

I m new in the crypto lending world and i m trying to use different platforms BlockFi Crypto Com Nexo and of course Celsius Network I bought bitcoin and usdc and today i was looking for a transfer in another wallet The app is down and it crash everytime i launch it I tried to reinstall and reset my phone but does not work I ve heard very good review about the platform but from my modest experience so far it was not like that Please solve the issue asap is very annoying and also dangerous for traders Thank you

Horrible Customer Satisfaction levels

The platform is decent However customer care and relations are awful I got banned from their Twitter account for asking for help since I was locked out of my account They banned me because I demanded urgent help on my support ticket since it was related to my account security They decided to ban me so they can keep their dignity They always say that they are doing it for the clients but the moment someone speaks up they ban him so they can keep everything perfectly looking for the next victim I managed to get into my account and I withdrew everything I am not saying they are scammers but they for sure don t know how to handle clients

vendor issues service overloaded

I cannot get deposits and purchases to work Vendors gem wyre and coinify do not work Was able to deposit external coins directly easily but I d rather purchase No Responses from Celsius and vendor service departments They may be overloaded but because of the delays I m now going to be ineligible for the promotions I still believe in the company and service - I want to give money The vendors they are using are making that difficult and causing me to consider competitors

Not a good start

The app is a bit wonky Not able to change contact details for my account without contacting customer support via email I waited more than a week for a reply and was finally told it was not possible for some technical reason So I am unable to add banking details to fund my account This morning I have been unable to log in at all These issues lead me to reconsider trusting the company with my assets

worst bank

This is the worst financial service I ve ever used They say that their slogan is unbank yourself but their AML and KYC requirements are the most strenuous compared to anything else I ve come across If anything goes wrong with your account and it s bound to happen customer support will take days if ever to review and reply to your issue Two stars for the the big promises I believed in when I first started

App problems

The app will not open on my iPad try delete and reload powered off iPad and restarted gave up an loaded app on iPhone Working for now Was not able to buy coins with app went though process got to the end and kept getting message quote expired return to previous page tried several times gave up went to coin base and paid their high fees Please fix your app

MAKE EXCHANGING POSSIBLE

The amount of time taken to receive a deposit if very long I expected the cost of the fees so I wait for off peak times so that s not an issue However this app would be wise to expand to becoming an exchange so market pairs can be traded Right now if I buy BTC I can t switch it to MATIC and can t park in USDC when a dip is coming The lack of exchange programming will make this app stay behind

Good product and wallet BUT has border control

Seems to be a good product and wallet but as a British expat working overseas it does not allow me to log in from Ghana normally or via vpn - this is a poor service from this aspect because I have carried out all my UK home address and UK KYC so why should it matter my location because by definition crypto is supposed to be decentralised and borderlessI will not be rating recommending Celsius to any friends colleagues
