Cengage was a pleasure to deal with To begin with Cengage Unlimited is a student s dream They make textbooks and electronic platforms reasonable by offering one price for as many books that you need that Cengage publishes Next when my class was cancelled they made it easy to get a refund and return my print book Reaching out to customer service was easy I am in my 50s so that said I did have some challenges in navigating the site but nothing insurmountable
