We bought a flat from Centric 6 years ago and centric has collected a high service charge each year and has gone ZERO maintenance on the property The flat roof above our flat is badly leaking and the flat is now full of dangerous mold We have complained about this problem with Centric but they refuse to fix the problem they have cause by carrying out zero maintenanceUntil they fix the leaking roof above our flat we would highly recommend you DO NOT BUY a property from Centric

My experience so far has been shocking For the service charge fee they fail to even do the basics to keep the communal areas clean and safe You have to chase repeatedly on the portal to even get a response let alone getting basic cleaning and maintenance work actioned

0 5 for Property Mgr who ignores the emails Oatfield Court not decorated in 8 years though Centrick previous Mgr has been here 4 odd years promised over a year ago internal redecoration would be done 1st qtr 2024 nope Promised 3rd qtr 2024 this is what our block us chasing Our carpets are disgusting cleaned once in 8 years Next door block has had everything done what the hell is that about Poor service rubbish communication and diabolical maintenance for horrendously high maintenance charges Might take this further if no resolve Centrick

I have received an arrears letter for the 2 properties owned in Copper Quarter despite paying them on time 1 month earlier I have emailed and left voice messages but no response from Centrick Very annoyed they have sent me these letters further infuriated with not being able to speak to someone to have it resolved

An absolutely horrific company If you are planning to buy or rent a home with Centrick please reconsider Sheldon Court car park has a rat infestation which is destroying tenants cars and the employees at Centrick think that not only is it okay to keep increasing the service charge but to ignore the issue at hand and not communicate with us regarding the issue They are continously breaking their commitment as stated in the contract A company with no morals I am yet again having to pay more money for my damaged car and all emails being ignored

need to care more for there bulding as theres so much wrong with it and things broken and not fixing it or any people to get better doors as 1 keeps breaking letting the homless in and to trash the place up no proper hard bolt doors so csn not break ots bad that this is happening and the fire alarms keep going off due to homless coming in and smoking to set fire alarms off this is meant to be a safe and sacure bulding but sorry i do not feel safe in my own home i only feel sceard to leave it for a day also its bad and more needs to be done to make everyone living here feel waaay more safe and sacure and not to worry that ousiders are coming in exstreamly poor here tjings need to inprove and fast also need a carpark proper built gate and if anything security at the back this is apporling and discusting how all clients feel unsafe in there oen homes

Possibly the worst management firm in the UK Zero follow ups on customer emails zero cares about service for your apartment Their focus seems to be on taking money and then avoiding any responsibility Email Sent as requested 08 01

This management company is a joke our bins are overflowing because they forgot to sort the contract out for the bins so we ve lost 4 5 bins The doors to the building are broken and dont lock and have been this way for months now meaning anyone can walk into the building people have gained access to top floor and have been throwing rubbish off Multiple cars have been vandalised in the car park because the shutter has been broken for over 4 months now and was aparently put down as an emergency homless people are sleeping in the building and car park as nothing is stopping them getting in residents have been attacked multiple times by them when asking them to leave they use the building and car park as a toilet The management is a joke and nothing gets fixed The fire alarm has gone off 3 times in the last week because of people coming in the building and smoking and now one of the call points has been vandalised A fire inspection was carried out recently and there were multiple concerns which have not been addressed at all The lobby is constantly filled with rubbish and dirt as the cleaners dont seem to visit often or do anything when they do turn up And the fees have now gone up What are we paying for Theres a concierge advertised as being on site no one has been here for over 2 years minimum Are you kidding If Centrick are manageing a building you re looking at renting i would beg you to stay away Disgusting company with a complete lack of concern or a moral compass to do the right thing 140 flats in the building and every person here is disgusted and let down by this joke of a company
