Glad to have lift back in service after 5wks

2022 update It all started well though lately communication has been sadly lacking 2020 I ve worked closely with Centrick as our managing agents since 2016 and on two developments of vastly different size and complexity In contrast to numerous other managing agents I ve dealt with in the past I rate Centrick as Excellent Stand-out support and contributions from Luke Ingram Property Manager Chris Blackburn Finance Manager and Phil Johns Managing Director continues to create significant improvement not least by Speed of response Technical expertise Clarity of communication Attentive Service Charge management

Friendly agents at viewing good follow up and quick responses via email Most things done via email online so very easy when relocating from another city However multiple agents tend to email you - so sometimes feels a bit impersonal Overall efficient easy to complete rental process

Everything was on time and easy but expensive and not everything was explained before i got to pay everything your service rate was expensive i paid 500 non refundable other agents do less One thing i would say really good Your employees were kind in particular sophie she was welcoming and explained everything in detail this s my first time renting a property in the UK I do appreciate everything she did to make sure i m well clear with everything Kindest regards

On the whole we had a good experience with Centric All of the people we met were extremely friendly Our handover experience with Hollie was seamless and extremely well managed We had to chase on various aspects of the paperwork to ensure completion and some additional information during the process

Loads of teething problems initially when I was signed up to the wrong portal account This created what seemed an insurmountable accounting issue that was compounded by lack of clarity and information when I was eventually signed up to the correct portal account which in turn was nowhere near up to date Thankfully the intervention of Property Assistant Veronique Hamilton with a little patience managed to sort the mess out to my utmost satisfaction - excellent work Hopefully everything will be plain sailing moving forward however the accounting team need to take note of Veronique s professionalism and attention to detail

I wrote an email to report an issue related to electrical remedial work but did not get the response I asked for despite repeated reminders

Took a bit of persuasion to speak to someone about a query rather than having to deal electronically

I currently live in a Centrick managed property In the process of selling my flat I had to purchase a management pack from Centrick for the sum of 420 For this fee Centrick s own paperwork states the pack should be available within 5-7 working days The pack was sent to the solicitors within the correct time frame however for some reason on the solicitor s end this then was not received When the solicitors continued to ask Centrick for updates on the pack there was no reply from Centrick to say it had already been sent or to resend the documents This has meant that 2 months later there has been poor communication between the solicitors and Centrick Edit I ve changed this from the initial 1-star review given that the pack had actually been sent but Centrick s response time to emails from solicitors and ourselves has been poor In fact leaving the original 1-star review was the only thing that prompted a response from the appropriate teams
