Jacob the new property manager has managed my flat for the past year or so I can only say that I am extremely grateful for all the help and support a man of his word He is a great addition to company I have had plenty issues with the property garage other departments from Centrick however he sorted it them out for me He is a good listener and has empathy which are rare qualities nowadays It has been an absolute pleasure to be his tenant

The customer service agent was extremely efficient in handling my requests She found my account answered the questions and provided me with an access code Great no problem attitude courteous and I genuinely got the impression that she was enjoying dealing with the situation

Adam is helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of The Grand Exchange Adam is quick to resolve any problems I have when using the residents facilities be it access to the gym or temperature control in the dining room Always done with a smile too Thank you
