You pay for a service just to be ignored

When I ve tried to point things out that need sorting for the benefit of everybody at the block even the simplest of things like the standard of cleaning or replacing the bolt to the bin store door that the bin collectors managed to lose I just seem to get ignored time and time again It almost feels as though you re a laughing stock either that or those responsible for the upkeep of the block are just too busy with other commitments to engage properly and listen to the people who pay for them to provide a service What concerns me most I think is that if and when there is an emergency at the block whether Centrick will be able to respond as expected - certainly based on what I ve seen so far it doesn t bear thinking about

My early dealings with Centrick were

My early dealings with Centrick were appalling The tenancy manager assigned to us at the start of our lease was clearly out of his depth from the outset and communication was not an area he specialised in Telephone conversations were not logged accurately or at all and his incompetency with anything contractual was shocking The only person I dealt with who redeemed my Centrick experience was Lara White Lara couldn t have been more professional in working with me when the tenancy ended She listened rang back with updates and kept me in the loop throughout the checking out process resulting in a very smooth end to the tenancy Had Lara been our Manager at the start of the tenancy I would have scored a 5 Any new tenant who is looked after by Lara should consider themselves blessed

Centrick is our property management

Centrick is our property management Broadway Plaza and the lift is broken for more 2 weeks We have informed them via emails but nothing moved I stay with my dad who is 75 years old and he needs to go for daily walk and physio for his knee problem But all have been stopped cos of lift issue and this is delaying his recovery and affecting his well-being I wrote to Centrick many a times but there was no response from their end while last time on other issue Helen our property manager dealt it with great speed I called the Centrick support telephone line but no one attended the call I left voice messages but no one reverted back I do not know how lift which be one of the integral part of essential services can be unattended for so many days

Lara W answers questions quickly and efficiently professional and friendly service Highly recommendedUpdate After the good review Lara is not replying no matter what the query is You can wait forever and she would not send you any message back She was so nice before I wrote the review and then stopped answering it s been a few months now and she did not reply to my message I sent another one a couple of days ago and honestly I don t believe she will reply Not satisfying at all

They are constantly sending bills for deficits in charges for the last 4 years THEY ARE A JOKE

Unfortunately invoices incorrect on these two adjoining commercial property Amh-007 Amh 006 service charges for 2023 balancing Same thing happened with you on a different commercial property Nailsea for service charges for 2023 balancing about 6 weeks ago

Quite happy about the flat but the

Quite happy about the flat but the agent are really slow to answer Trying to fix an issue contractor has been booked but still not here after a week Wish we could have quick and reactive answer for important issues

Good flat but terrible customer service experience

Really good flat in Birmingham However their customer service and tenancy managers are terrible Trying to fix 2 issues in the flat broken table wardrobe mirror sliding door for 2 months now without any update or news about it I tried to contact them one to twice a week and issues have been marked as completed when nothing has been done Actually it s a shame because it s a great flat to live in but their service is really terrible needs improvement

Not impressed at all

Not impressed at all so far Currently waiting on a management pack from Centrick which is now delaying my sale Tried calling again and again every time the phone call disconnects We thought we d gotten away from this type of behaviour with our previous management company guess we were wrong
