Ever since Tameway Plaza has been under Centrick it s been more about billing than managing The flats have rapidly depreciated without hope of being sold as the building is not attractive to potential buyers Where is the communication and action when there needs to be some Please clarify as we have a large number of disgruntled lease owners who rely on you and pay you good money to do a decent job

They manage an investment property I own just outside of Birmingham Homeless drug addicts have taken over Evidence left everywhere Garbage is not taken care of Broken doors go unfixed It s terrible

I have been living in a new build apartment for 1yr now Under the terms of my lease the landlord of the building has the responsibility to clean the outside of the windows bi monthly this is not being done so the landlord Elevate is breaking the terms of the lease The windows on the upper floors have not been cleaned all of last year because according to a window cleaner on site they cannot reach the windows Yet on my end of year service charge I have been charged for window cleaning several months ago I raised this point with Centrick and I provided them with a copy of the lease A proper window cleaning company needs to be employed so that ALL the windows in the building can be cleaned there are many tall blocks of apartments who do this so I do not se what the problem is

There have been issues for months ever since centrick has took over Tameway Plaza in Walsall Look at all the reviews left by the tenants and you will see all the issues we have here The lock has been broken for months and the same with the shutter for the underground garage and because of that we have homeless drug addicts and teens vandalising making a mess and setting off fire alarms The lobby is a mess They stopped paying waste management company Biffa and because of that we have mountains of rubbish constantly in the car park I don t want your bs reply saying that you request my info because you know what has been going on for months and you still refuse to do anything about it Imagine your kids or parents living in this conditions but something tells me you d still let this carry on

Centrick has been appointed as management company at Tameway Plaza for more than 6 months now and things have started fallen apart since then - The bin management is worse than anything and causing health hazards for the people living here - There are no security in the building and door locks are broken making it a park for homeless drug addict teens and other antisocial activities - None the less with the fire alarm gets raised with out any fire or may be caused by any outside kid smoking weed to trigger the alarm We tried to reach Centrick multiple times to sort door issues and other entries to the building to lock in but everything went in vain Residents are feeling safe outside of their home rather within the building It is a high risk that some day some resident would get stabbed or killed with in the very building they live and thought to be safe

I would have given them no stars or even minus stars if I could Centrick Birmingham and the third party agent responsible for viewings EJ Lettings in Redcar Teesside advertised a room in a HMO property with all bills included as completely renovated and yet I had to log around 25 maintenance issues as soon as I moved in They gave me conflicting information about whether there was a cleaner and gardener They didn t fix a rat issue that had potential health consequences nor a blocked kitchen sink They along with the owner did not rectify urgent maintenance issues and when the property was sold after a month into my tenancy they didn t provide the new agent which was originally the third party agent EJ Lettings with all the maintenance items so I had to resend them They decided to let out a property with so many issues without making sure that it was suitably inhabitable They didn t even update the addresses for all the bills to go into the owner s name and their address so I was constantly bombarded with letters threatening bailiffs I had to chase everything up and do their job for them They didn t even fill in the inventory report properly and I also had to chase them up for my room inventory list Totally inept and it cost me a lot of my time doing their work for them

Unsafe building filthy The bins overflow often ive taken photos of a 7ft pile of rubbish built up as residents have no where else to place their rubbish The doors are broken homeless people drugdealers can easily walk in They ve attacked residents in the past They smoke drugs inside trigger the fire alarm Theres needles that get left on the floor inside the building Alot of residents have complained to centrick they all get a similar response but these issues have been going on for months and getting worse Theres honestly no point complaining to centrick they ll respond like a politician never fix the issue

Don t trust this company They are managing Tameway Plaza and have completely failed to deal with security issues We have homeless people entering the building sleeping everywhere and deficating on the stairs People have been attacked cars smashed up They havn t dealt with serious problems with the fire alarm which continues to go off shutting down the lifts and disrupting the tenants lives There are parents having to walk down 10 or more floors with their pushchairs and kids due to no lifts and no means to go back up Scroll down and you will see similar comments about the same building

The lift in my building has been out of action for over a month and half I was hit by a car and broke my leg before Christmas and really have needed to rely on the lift for access in and out the building For the lift to still be out of of order is appalling and a considerable risk of endangerment if I cannot physically get up or down 4 flights of stairs to my nearest access I have called and emailed to which my emails have been ignored On the telephone the lady was lovely but clueless on when the situation would be resolved I am leaving this review in the hopes that Centrick realises how awful there services are A courtesy email or letter notifying us of lift issues would have been appreciated To leave us in the dark with no notification on when the lift will be back in access is shameful

Truly shocking I have the misfortune of owning a leasehold property managed by Centrick They have failed to rectify issues with the building since the beginning which has resulted in the building being in a contant state of disrepair In contrast I own another leasehold property run by another management company and the difference is day and night They are unresponsive unreliable and untrustworthy and truly and utterly incompetent The only time when they will be responsive is when they are asking for the inflated service charge payment Avoid at all costs
