It s from 255 Newhampton road east It s been a long time we were complaining about the boiler Boiler is leaking very badly Most of the home appliances are not working properly There is no light in the bathroom and it s very difficult to have a shower at night We need a proper communication with you

Still waiting for a response about front door at the Elms Also the issue regarding my smart meter that cannot be fitted due to wiring in meter cupboard

Not very responsive unfair charges unprofessional

I have never had the best experience with Centrick since they took on the service management of our property over the last 5 years When you call their mainline for assistance it s rare you get through to a call handler it s usually a voice message to leave your name and number for someone to call back and they never do They are ridiculous in what they charge for for example recent budget certificate charging an admin charge for late payments and outstanding monies where there isn t any on account When you ask about any charges you are not given clear explanations I would not recommend this company

Treading through treacle

We have purchased three flats in a building managed by Centrick It is like treading through treacle The person we have dealt with is very pleasant enough but they are clearly hopelessly understaffed as we still can t get our purchases properly registered in our name due to the backlog and service charges sorted out
