Amin best centric worker ever

Amin is the only worker in all of centeric who has been able to help me and did it so politely with excellent professionalism Everyone in Centertic could do with customer service level training to the level of Amin he is just beyond excellent 5 5 star

Nottingham branch

Manager of Nottingham branch has been great during the recent purchase and refurbishment The actual management of the property could be a bit more proactive Feel I need to do a lot of the work despite paying 10 to have it managed

The lettings team is professional tenant fees are expensive

The lettings team is quite professional however their inventory of properties to let were I felt limited and the fees charged from the tenant are a bit on the higher side so basically its a good agency to let apartments for landlords but I dont think that to be the case for tenants since most of the costs are borne by the tenants Quentin our lettings negotiator was quite professional and courteous and on time thank you so much

The agent who we initially met with to do our viewing was kind and informative and helped us get paperwork through right away After that though it was quite hard to work with centric They were almost impossible to get a hold of to ask basic questions

When you need an out of emergency

When you need an out of emergency service they won t be able to help you specifically with your flat unless it s a whole building problem They push you around to call different numbers all to tell you they don t deal with that issue and to try and another number Oh and the water runs out at least once a month and takes about a day to fix rent should not be this high when you get such issues but like the e landlord cares about lowering it I plan to move on soon from centric cause things need to be betterSome staff are genuine and wanna help so thank you you make it better but the system is generally poor Find another lettering agency

LIKE - Holly Eldridge Holly is the best She followed up all my requests with sensible responses DISLIKE - Due to Service Charge period both our agent and myself did not receive the invoice We put in the enquiries but it took more than 2 weeks to get a response fortunately Holly was back from holiday otherwise it will take much longer Also we dont understand why Centrick did not send out the invoices in the first place

1 5years and still don t have my money

I bought my flat that has been managed by Centrick and the seller s agent was also Centrick They did not allocate the monies into the right account when I bought it and they did not send the due payment reminders to the correct address so I ended up by 2 debt collecting and 3K GBP debt on a 1 bed flat It has been over 1 5 years and I still don t have my money that they have been sitting on since since Apr 2023 it is now Sep 2024 My solicitor and me have been chasing them since Apr 2024 and still nothing Update 15 Oct It got sorted the next day but still waiting to see a statement re account fees

My experience with Centric

I liked the fact the that the referencing and the document requirements was easy and smooth But what I disliked is the delayed response in terms of moving and moving in date Also I the apartment I recently moved into has some electrical faults the 2 radiators are falling off its hinges which is very dangerous 3 radiators in the apartment are not working at all and needs immediate attention Just this morning I discovered my kitchen sink is leaking and needs repair All these should have been in place before the tenants moved in as the apartment was vacant for a while before we moved in

I was very unhappy that my payments had gone into the wrong account through no fault of my own The issue took several weeks to resolve causing me a lot of stress When it was finally resolved I didn t receive an apology However I must commend Em Shepard who was instrumental in resolving the issue I found her to be very helpful

Tried phoning Centrick twice with no

Tried phoning Centrick twice with no reply over a period of 5 days sent 3 emails and then eventually two separate members of staff emailed me back with the information I required Good service eventually
