I ve had a wonderful experience with my property management team and concierge Especially Burney She is a standout always friendly attentive and ready to assist with anything I need Their warm demeanor makes coming home feel extra special and they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel well cared for I truly appreciate the level of service and care they provide The property management is always responsive efficient and keeps everything running smoothly They make sure all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Very pro-active property managers

Both Maggie James and her assistant Anita Coles have been very pro-active since Centrick have taken over the management of our development since September They met up with residents for an initial meeting to hear our concerns and have acted quickly and efficiently to start addressing any outstanding issues by taking the time to make site visits and obtain quotes from various contractors as well Long may this relationship continue with future meetings and site visits in the pipeline to ensure that various jobs have been carried out to the required standard and the site is being effectively managed Thank you both

At the Bracknell office Maxi for on-hand from the day I started moving in From offering to drop the bollards to moving the boxes to my apartment or guide me around the building He went well beyond his core duties without asking to ensure the move was seamless Add to that his friendly and approachable nature to share a joke or two when picking up my mails makes all the difference

Amazingly helpful concierge

We bought our apartment remotely in Victoria Point in Ashford which is an apartment building managed by Centrick and we needed to communicate remotely with the concierge to help out in managing some issues with our property and then after we came in Hayley Mears the concierge at Victoria Point was an amazing help Went way beyond her scope of work and line of duty to facilitate all our needs answer all our questions solve our pending issues and respond to our requests Extremely friendly and prompt to respond to emails and solving issues We couldn t have done it without her help Thank you Centrick for a wonderful staff Top 5 Stars services

Hayley is the best

I live in the Victoria Point Building and our concierge Hayley Mears is one of the most outstanding human beings I have ever met in my entire life Hayley is super kind goes out of her way to help me when I really need it and she is soo sweet respectful Every encounter I have with her really tells me we do have angels on earth My husband and I are super grateful to have someone like her in the building taking care of us When I grow up I wanna be like Hayley Mears

Anita called me personally to update our property file and ensure all the details were correct Centrick have also done a great job in maintaining our building jet washing the large car park and ensuring that health and safety compliance is adhered to Would thoroughly recommend
