Marwan is truly the gem of our rental place Whenever I have any issues with packages whether it s finding or sending them he s always super helpful and quick to assist Every day when I come home he greets me with a smile which makes the place feel warm and welcoming almost like home His friendly attitude and amazing service make living here so much better Really grateful for all his help and kindness

In the SGUV I first met Emilia when we couple moved in after COVID-19 as leaseholders to return home there before we couple experienced hard time of redundant-bill and power-cut in cold winter needed to sort out power reconnection by making supportive calls recently another identity-recognition with new Sippi to using own car-parking-space in order Ahead there re lots of tasks of repair and maintenance items to be sorted out such as suspect of imbalance or life shaking camden roof-top water sipping and so on Emilia is a trustworthy property lady-manager always helpful to us residents home-owners and leaseholders in person on site SGUV See it say it sort out the solution Things will move on much easier with her presence Despite only 3 working days a week Emilia always does her full warmness and heartfelt concern to help Now comes the advent days Wish Emilia and her team members to have Merry Christmas and Happy New year 2025
