Excellent Service Ella Hallsey was incredibly helpful she investigated why my service charge payments for 14 and 25 Royal Sovereign Apartments in the Copper Quarter Swansea were showing as unpaid she attempted to trace my cheques and advised me exactly what to do she was able to liaise with your accounts department on my behalf and kept me informed at all times A truly exceptional performance on the behalf of Centrick I can not praise her enough Jan Maybery

1st class Property Management company

Property Management companies generally have a very bad reputation I ve had dealings with a few in the past a bad experience every time BUT today I called my new management company and I m very happy to report the CENTRICK are very different from the norm Faye Clifford Chapman answered my enquiries professionally she carefully explained Centrick s procedures to me clarified all of my questions And she even took the trouble to email me back a summary of our conversation same afternoon Totally excellent

Zoya has been brilliant

Zoya has been brilliant in arranging the replacement key fobs for my flat she stepped in to deal when my original email was sent to someone who was off sick and managed to expedite the issue thank you very much

I was a resident at Victoria Point Building Ashford Kent and I have to say we had the best concierge ever Hayley Mears is an outstanding and extraordinary person She is super helpful kind and warm She made my stay in the building a great one

Needed a quick response to order a replacement bedroom window contacted Centrick Liam Anthony there were excellent at expediting a very quick response from the freeholders for me very impressed

Not just a building but a home

I live in a centrick managed property in Leicester The Saxons and I felt compelled to highlight just how amazing the Leicester property is the flat is amazing and nicely decorated and kitted out but more importantly Charlotte who works on the front desk makes the building a home the events she does from get togethers and brew mornings really make the place feel homely and special and she always has a smile on her face from start of work till the end of the day

SMILEY MAXIShout out to the best concierge staff MAXI The Grand Exchange He is very fit on his job and helpful I am a gym goer after work but last month had changes at the concierge and affected my routine workout but Maxi explained to me very well regarding this matter and now I got access back to the gym happy workout
