I would like to show appreciation to Hailey our concierge for her efforts today to prevent a fire incident from happening She was quick to react and and did not hesitate to move into a flat filled with smoke She was able to swiftly eliminate the fire risk and ventilate the flat Thank you Hailey

Professional hazard management from HaileyI would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Hailey our concierge for her prompt action last week to prevent a fire incident in our home as we forgot to off the hob before leaving to gym We were then informed by our neighbor that smoke alarm was beeping and corridor started to occupy by smoke Gratefully Hailey noticed the incident and taking immediate actions to enter our flat to off the hob before we arrived and also help us to open the windows and doors to ventilate our home and corridor Although so many trouble created for her to manage she reassured us when we re back without any disapproval Thank you Hailey

Living at The Saxons has been a great experience The building is well-maintained and any issues get sorted out quickly I also feel really safe here the building has great security and that s been a big plus A sense of community is fostered by the team particularly through engaging events that bring neighbors together Charlotte the Resident Experience Manager has been amazing she s always making sure everyone feels looked after and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere
