Customer Support issue
First let me say that I love Chadds Ford earrings For my most recent order the tracking shows delivered BUT the package was never received I checked with neighbors and then alerted CFJ hoping they could help locate the package but after numerous emails with the support staff I became discouraged and finally gave up Sad that the company can not support their customers better

I received my order the delivery time was so quick and timely That was a nice surprise because that s rare my items were packaged with care an individual touch of gratitude With a soft pink tissue paper and thank you sticker upon opening my items that I purchased were inside of a beautiful nice quality velvet jewelry bag this really warmed my heart and made me feel that they took individual attention to my order This made me feel special and appreciated After opening my purchase I am so extremely pleased with the quality of the jewelry and the length of the chain many times if you order a necklace online it comes with a very small choker chain and you can t wear it that is not the case here I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and beautiful quality of merchandise I will order from them again and recommend this business Greatful
