Responsible and amazing customer service
I had a plum membership card that was registered based on my email address Little did I know that the cashier made a typo of the email hence I couldn t access my membership the next couple of times I made payments I called their customer service and the customer service officer found out the problem by checking into my account meticulously Moreover Indigo gave extra points to compensate for the situation which I really appreciated Not only did Indigo deal with this kind of issue responsibly but they also know how to professionally approach it

My second choice for buying books online after amazon ca Overall prices are similar to Amazon and they sometimes have titles such as certain penguin classics and oxford university press that amazon does not seem to carry Also worth noting is that there is a lower required order cost to qualify for free shipping than Amazon 25 vs 35 which is nice Return policy is also very flexible you can either mail your return back with a prepaid shipping label or visit any chapters indigo store
