Sainsbury sadly not as good as they once were

Good variety of products and offers available Easy to order and have delivered Have stopped ordering soft fruits and some salad items as they no longer seem fresh I have had to throw items away the next day when opening salad fruit and vegetables in packets Rotting Not wasting money I now purchase elsewhere Where possible I only order every 2 weeks now I have less to order on a weekly basis You could always rely on Sainsbury for really fresh items but sadly this is no longer the case I believe they are trying to waste less food but l cannot afford the cost myself Extremely disappointing

I use the Sainsburys home delivery service on a regular basis The delivery drivers I have found to be polite and very helpful If they are going to miss the delivery time slot I m notified by a phone call which keeps me informed most helpful

Delivery always arrives within the times advised Have never found a driver anything but helpful and friendly Apart from the odd broken egg and bruised bananas products always seem to be fresh

The site is easy to use and the saver slots for delivery are great The only fault I have found is a product I use regularly I cannot order online I think perhaps the branch my order comes from does not stock so I still have to go out to purchase other than that great to use

I am a Sainsbury s girl through and through Love their website how everything is laid out Nectar Special Offers and I like going round the aisles online and seeing all the new lines and finding new foods to try

Always use Sainsbury s for my main grocery shop I usually use the click and collect service for my local branch which is convenient and the store colleague is always cheerful friendly and happy to help I have used the delivery service occasionally and again it s been good I like that they price match Aldi on a lot of items the items I buy regularly are usually on my nectar prices and I can collect nectar points also if an item is substituted it s substituted for suitable item and if higher in value the difference is given back as a coupon to use against a future shop One of the main things I like is that the dates on the products are always good just as if I d chosen the items myself

Delivery is always on time Always a friendly face turns up at the door Products picked are mostly always what I ordered Only ever have one or two substitutions and they re always happy to take them away if I don t want them Super easy to shop online with Sainsbury s too And nectar prices and Aldi price matching is making shopping with Sainsbury s fit a lot more in my budget for a weekly shop
