I have a charbroil grill model
I have a charbroil grill model 463349917 Bought it November 2017 Have used it 5 times It will never get over 425 degrees will not cook steaks never hot enough I called charbroil and lady said should get hotter she had me try several things no change She had a new regulator sent out Put it on no change Tried another new tank no change I called charbroil and the guy said will not go over 450 degrees As it was over 3 months now went to Lowe s and they said there is nothing they will do Called charbroil and said all they will do is give me a 75 00 towards a new charbroil This grill is rated 36 000 BTU I have another home with a charbroil and it gets up two 650 degrees in less than 10 minutes and it is rated at 40 000 BTU Got no help so going to the dump No more charbroil for me

This review has been written after trying to exhaust all avenues with the UK EU customer service team at char-broil I purchased a highland smoker from Appliances Direct Unfortunately the item was severely damaged when it arrived After some discussion Appliances direct organised a new unit and once built we found that the name badge was loose in the box and the rivets used to fit the heavy metal badge were snapped off The initial contact with Char-broil got a new badge sent out with the promised fixings needed When it finally arrived a week later - only one fixing has arrived and now they have gone radio silent I had also made another request to them to purchase an additional part at the time of the badge being ordered and when told I couldn t purchase direct I suggested that they could just send me that part free of charge in lieu of me carrying out their repair work Their response was to get argumentative instead of understanding Being honest I have been rather firm with responses of late including suggesting they are about as helpful as a chocolate BBQ but that is a sign of poor customer service In shear desperation i then went and bought a much more expensive Traeger pellet smoker and so far this has been fantastic Appliances direct have been great in all of this and have offered to collect for a full refund and even tried to sweeten the deal It is clear that Appliance Direct understand customer service - char-broil appear not to

If I could do zero or post negative stars I would DO NOT BUY A CHAR-BROIL GRILL ESPECIALLY THE COMBO GAS AND CHARCOAL It s junk pure junk for 328 00 USD Mine was stored under a canopy when not in use and corroded rusted after only a few uses last summer They denied the warranty JUNK product

Product Model Number 463371716 My grill won t light Comments Our gas grill will not light The middle burner does light but the two side burners won t When igniting with the knob the middle knob shows some resistance and you can feel it igniting the grill burner The other two move effortlessly and don t light I spoke with 4 different agents Dirk Vanessa some guy who hung up on me for no reason and finally Jose None could help me and if I purchase a replacement part I have to pay shipping costs and even if it doesn t work they told me the wrong part or I am unable to fix the issue and have to return the parts I would get charged AGAIN for shipping AND a restocking fee This is ridiculous I d rather just buy a new grill even though it hurts our planet but no one could help and no videos or instructions are provided for my particular grill My advice buy a different brand
