Brilliant Independent Music Shop in the Heart of Manchester
I dropped by Chase to grab some cables for a gig and ended up having a lovely chat with the owner Amrik I told him it was the shop my mum took me to get my first ever guitar as a kid Brilliant service everything a guitarist could ask for and a really friendly atmosphere I will definitely be going back the next time I need anything

I was fascinated by the collection of all musical instruments in there It looks small but once you enter inside it is absolutely mesmerizing Amrik was very friendly and let us play the piano and electric guitar and encouraged us to play more The atmosphere of the shop was really good

Absolutely amazing shop
Absolutely amazing shop went back to this store after years and it s exactly the way I remembered loads of guitars reasonably priced and the best customer service you will find Unlike the bigger stores there s no pressure on you when Ur testing instruments

This instrument shop is an absolute delight I took my 8 and 10-year-old to have a look around I m so glad we did The owner was so kind and helpful in helping my son find the perfect guitar My son left the shop saying what an amazing shop and how the owner was very kind definitely has a customer for life from him

5 music store
First time in the store today I was looking for replacement strings for a second hand guitar I had been given Amrik was super helpful after learning that I was a complete beginner he took the time to talk to me and gave me a lot of guitar related advice I cannot recommend this store enough I will definitely be returning for all my future guitar needs and I urge anyone else to do the same

Gem of a place
We had a wonderful time on our visit to Chase Direct last Saturday Amrik was so helpful and friendly He was happy to let my son try different guitars and my friend s daughters try the mini keyboards We all had a lovely time and will definitely be back
