Happy customer account and App

Been customer for over a year and overall had very good experience My onboarding was straightforward and compared to other banks I find the App very user friendly with plenty good functionality that adds a lot of value Never had a need to call customer service and as such cannot give opinion on that side of things

Give Cashback on current account

They give Cashback on their current account and their saver account offers a decent interest rate compared to other banks I can also use the card abroad on holiday and still get my cashback and no charges for conversion rates I also Iike their round up option as it helps me to save money towards holidays or Christmas presents

Never done banking via an app before Chase is straight forward and there is a customer support number if you get stuck

Ap is easy to use Can transfer money quickly Can earn interest on savings but able to transfer in and out as needed

Easy to transfer funds but still earn interest on balance in my savings account
