Good price but

The price was great Getting to the airport perfect Driver to and from excellent Not so great stuff elevator going down to shuttle was not normal press 1 went to 2 press 1 went to 8 stopped on 6 for some passengers went back up to 8 press 1 went to 5 picked up some more passengers went to 1 finally When returning to our car elevator never came to 1 to pick us up One of us had to finally walk up to our car and drive down When we found the place to get picked up from the airport some fellow users of your service had been waiting 1 hour to 2 hours We waited only 30 to 40 minutes I m okay with that Finally when leaving we came to the broken lift gate to scan out and we were 10 minutes after 11pm and the attendant said we owed 2 I said you re kidding And he graciously said to forget it and had me backup to exit the other side The parking structure holds hundreds of cars and was completely full there are 3 structures if I do the math by what we paid the ability to pay for more drivers and a working elevator seems like a reasonable resolution to getting 5 stars

upfront all-in pricing would be nice I was a little disappointed when clicked to reserve and then saw the extra 20 in fees

The parking experience was mostly good

The parking experience was mostly good Covered parking shuttles were waiting to transport us to airport The only negative was the driver had a bit of a attitude He was hesitant to help He told me it s your luggage you can lift it Upon return to LAX once we found the pickup location need more signage at airport the driver arrived within 5 minutes and he was very pleasant and helpful

We paid for covered parking for May 29

We paid for covered parking for May 29 thru June 5 only to be told during checkin that the lot was overbooked and that no covered parking was available We then went to an opened parking spot unloaded our car to then be told that we were in the employee parking area and needed to move or be towed We ve parked here several times with no problems besides this time We were also told to contact the business to get a refund for our inconvenience which is inconvenient

I ve been to this site twice now

I ve been to this site twice now This time it was 3 am had a hard time finding it in the dark Was not sure what it was called from the street name on the paperwork said CheapAirPortParking along with Gold Park Orlando Neither name was clearly displayed including no address numbers It did have a large black mailbox though without any numbers How do you expect people to find your place Confirm Code bc376634

Everything went smooth

The only thing that I didn t like is they didn t have a wheelchair lift Fortunately my aunt was able to make up and down the steps The drivers helped us but it was still a struggle getting her on and off the shuttle

Easy to book at hotel where I m staying

When we were leaving everything was great they had enough shuttles for us to take no problem When we landed at 2am there was NO shuttles that were there to pick us up We saw all the other shuttles drive through We were tired just wanted to go home Not until we called them to see if they were coming then they came and it still took them awhile to come

The check out process was not smooth I flew in late and hit there after midnight I was tired Your e mail stated to scan the QR code from the e mail it did not work I had to go back in and check in at the front desk to get a ticket If this had been explained in the original e mail that would have been fine but I had to remark and go back inside to get this ticket it added at least 15 min to my last night commute Annoying
