Been there done that many times Convenience is important since I could have paid less elsewhere I am still a customer LAX is always a pain so I don t need any more problems The shuttle drivers are prompt do a good job So I will keep paying when I have to use LAX

This company does not stand behind their rates We were given a rate to park in Park-n-Go at MCO We returned as scheduled and Park-n-Go charged us about 10 more than the quote When we showed the attendant the email receipt that showed the balance due the attendant said cheapairportparking org only gives an estimate of the total cost so it was not a guaranteed rate When I contacted the company they passed the buck and didn t stand behind the pricing I will never use this service again

Be transparent about the hours of operation this are 24 7 business I m currently stranded at the airport with all the homeless because the office hours are from 4am-1 00am Which makes no sense and is not communicated anywhere till you text them for pick up I triple checked all my confirmations receipts and even the recording message when you call the business doesn t let you know they re close between the hours of 1 00-4 00am They also keep your car keys so it s not like you can pick up your car if your flight is delayed or you land between the hours of 1 am and 4 00am which is ridiculous There s so many ways they can improve but for starters simple communication This 100000 defeats the purpose of me leaving my car parked so that I didn t have to deal with the Uber Lyft pick up at arrival and be able to go straight home in the comfort of my car This is a horrible scenario for a single female to be experiencing at an airport

I picked Foxx Parking near LAX because it was listed as a self park When I got there it was not self park and I had to give my key to the attendant I did not want strange people in my car Please update your classification of parking lots to reflect the type they actually are

The company will not send me a parking receipt even after requesting one even after I parked The lot is nice and located at Marriott Airport Hotel at SeaTac Airport I will need that receipt when I claim my car on March 31st My confirmination number is EL959061 for parking from March 17th through March 31st All I need is to have the receipt sent to email ford40toots aol com Without a receipt I should have used another parking company Taking my money and providing no receipt is like theft

Charged with no confirmation email or address to the parking garage

I made a reservation a couple day before I was supposed to fly out and never received an email confirmation I accessed my account and never saw my reservations I sent 2 emails asking why I haven t seen anything with no response Today I see a charge for parking I need the parking starting tomorrow but never received an email or confirmation to let me even know the address to the parking area I need to be at This is really unacceptable

A zero star would be better Reserved online arrived early to find out the parking was overbooked No refund has been issued Tried to contact the company and voicemail was full no response from email or their online form Not only did I have to fight for parking elsewhere due to holidays but I almost missed an international flight that I have planned for months
