This website is horrible do not book with cheap fly fares Last night I booked a trip to Vancouver for a good price and the next day got a phone call in regards my reservation that it has not been processed due to lack of verification it s funny because I gave them all the info they needed but the reps mentioned the airlines changed the fares and now you should agree with the new fares which was 40 more and if not we cancel your trip and he didn t even listen to my explanation and he just said ok I cancelled your flight and you are gonna get an email and hang up on me very RUDE didn t have a good experience so WONT buy any ticket from this website

If I could give this place zero star I would I agree with the rest of the bad reviews Me and my friends booked six tickets each separate and they called us all back saying each other names How did u even know we are traveling together They called my friend earlier and told her my flight would be cheaper because I booked multiple tickets I call the lady and she gives me the same price she gave them The entire time the flights are still on the website As I m typing this review the tickets are still available for the price it was originally posted for Scam scam scam

Scam Their website has multiple flights priced at a different price After you book a customer service rep will can and state the flight is not available and try to offer you a flight double the price This is false advertising and a scam Do not trust business

There s an old saying If something looks too good to be true it probably is too good to be true and I ve never seen a better example of this than the air fares advertised by a company called Cheapfly Shop in London I bought a return ticket to Bangkok for the advertised price of 543 46 only to be told the following day that this was not the purchase of an e-ticket but only a standby ticket and there was no guarantee of my getting one for this flight in fact they said there was only one seat left which would cost me an additional payment of 295 54 making the total cost 839 00 As this was approx 120 more expensive than a number of other travel agents advertised prices I asked for a refund only to be told that my payment was non-refundable Of course I was over a barrel and I had no option but to pay the additional amount Reading reviews of the company I see that I am not the only one to be taken in by this scam You have been warned

Bait and switch scam booked flight for 266 Then notified that it was not available Offered a New Price of 967

Minutes after booking and paying for the flight I received a call from a person named Ben He informed me that the flight I had just paid for was no longer available He offered me a new flight for 967 Now I have to spend 2 hours with my credit card company to ensure I receive a refund for the flight I paid for and to ensure my credit card information is safe

If I could give them 0 I would Booked 4 seats got a call less than 1 2hr later telling me that the flight was sold out and they re gonna have to charge an additional 1200 When I got heated and started yelling at the guy he claimed he could wave some fees and get a discount I told him to cancel and he said he has to see if he can so he put me on hold told my husband he should just cancel his card because I was reading these reviews on them and the guy came back from hold to tell me I wasn t charged and the card was declined 100 SCAM Edit cancelled card and bank froze our account because they tried 4 separate transactions for 800 and our bank automatically flagged it DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I agree with other posts stay away from this company I booked flights with them over a week ago Next day I received an email saying they had made multiple attempts to reach me by phone My phone showed no missed calls or texts I responded to their email as requested 3 times and still received no response I did the same visiting their website and leaving a message in chat Finally I went to their Facebook page and left message there Still I have not received any reply I noted similar negative comments to Trustpilot in Facebook by the way Since then I have given up and booked flights through Expedia instead The only positive thing I can say is they do not appear to have tried to charge my credit card

its definitely a scam this website is running As the other reviews mentioned - once you book a flight it says the confirmation is pending then after 10 hours we get an email that the price changed and we need to rebook it Then again i tried to rebook and the story repeated again I also asked them if i could talk to their supervirsor and he bluntly said no I WOULD RECOMMEND POEPLE NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this fraud they are running

I booked a direct flight and was contacted a month after I paid the full balance to say only 2 3 seats were booked and I needed to pay an addition 400 to rebook the seats After going back and forth with them they refuse to give me a refund and eventually rebooked my flight but this time it was connecting which isn t what I intended with 2 young children So I didn t get what I paid for and I had to fight with them to not pay any additional costs To add more detail the only reason they rebooked my flight was because I broke down into tears explaining I was a single parent and this was our first trip in years I could not afford the 400 they were requesting and became really distraught The manager on the phone said okay please calm down I will sort something and get back to you However 5 minutes before me breaking down he insisted I had to pay 400 or id lose my flight Then miraculously after my breakdown he was able to rebook the flight but I had to stop in Iceland Now anyone who is a parent knows stopping off with children is the last thing you want to do My booking ref number as requested CFS18093 I have all the email correspondences too

This company needs to be reported to the BBB they are scammers False advertisement They post on e price on their site and call back saying they can t honor that price and give you the highest price Higher than the actual airline itself BE WARE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE
