Great service Sent off my hair sample with barcode that was sent to me via email Once sample had arrived I was informed and 2 days later I had my in depth report Have recommended this service to family and friends

Easy test well worth doing

Easy test to do quick test results and well worth doing if you re wondering about what foods ect are making you feel unwell and you can t pinpoint what they are These results tell you what your body has sensitivity issues with and i will now take appropriate measures to avoid certain foods when ordering read instructions carefully they do not send a kit out you have to supply your own bag and send to the address provided

Family Health

The fact that we were able to sent out for 5 tests one for each of our family members was such a good experience We were able to see similarities throughout the results And as a family can now plan out our next step elimination diet best and support each other in becoming healthier versions of ourselves

Excellent reading I thought I knew I had issues with certain foods I struggled with Thai food Always out it down to coconut milk My hair stand indicates I have high issues with coconut milk Bread also something I felt was an issue for me Guess what all types of bread are highlighted red worth doing this test

I had been suffering from nausea for

I had been suffering from nausea for months and needed to find out which food was causing my symptoms This test was cheap easy to do and very informative I had been eliminating certain food from my diet but it was mostly guesswork When I got the results I knew exactly what food I was intolerant to When I eliminated these foods my nausea disappeared l also discovered I had an intolerance to the casing of my supplement capsules This test was invaluable for my health I would highly recommend it
