I took a food intolerance test provided by Swann science The whole process was very well explained and any questions I had were answered or explained fully and promptly The test tested over 200 food types and the results were returned to me via email within two days All in all a speedy trustworthy service that I wouldn t hesitate to use again

Quick and easy Suggest a varied diet before testing

I ordered 2 tests for myself and my partner as we have varying food issues The tests arrived quickly the instructions were easy to follow and the results arrived in less than a week We ve found the results really insightful based on our normal eating habits Now I have more understanding of the test and how it works I want to do another one after having a super varied diet for a couple of weeks so I can get a full scope reading of as many of the 200 food types as possible including some of my issue foods as I haven t eaten some items for a few years meaning they didn t show a reaction on my test

Really pleased that I undertook the intolerance test It was simple and straightforward to order online and then to complete when the pack came Instructions were very clear and the test results were laid out really helpfully I have now cut out yeast from my diet as the test highlighted this as a high intolerance for me and I am feeling much better Thank you
