We tried to book an excellent deal to Japan for a couple months down the line and we were immediately notified of a seat availability issue on our flight when booking online Called Cheerstravel hotline on the spot and in the next 30 minutes the very friendly Lisa sorted our flights out gathered all the information needed for the flights and answered any question we had We are now just looking forward to the trip

Selena is the best in business she will go the extra mile to help you when I say that I literally mean it she spent at lest 3 hours trying to help us in getting a good ticket after being denied boarding by China Eastern Airline because they didn t accept my Temporary Travel Document even though it is issued by the Egyptian Embassy in Canberra to allow me to go back to my town for an emergency travel we booked that ticket through aunt betty which is the worst experience of our lives
