The taxi turned up with a lovely driver I would give him 5 stars for both his service and his kindness What only only merit one star are the phone booking controller and the Chat person Both were totally incompetent

As I almost reached home the driver told me thyat he will charge me an extra 20 He said he was waiting for one hour My flight was delayed due to heavy air traffic I had provided the floght number to the taxi company They used to check for delays so that they avoided extra chargers This is the first time this happened The driver was also driving carelessly changing lanes all the time and braking abrubtly He turned on the air-condition and the radio was playting loud I had a headache when I arrived home I have used this company heavily in the past I am considering alternatives now

Awful experience I called a cab and was told it would be 5-7 minutes I then waited and waited Got to 30 mins and i contacted the driver to ask where he was and he told me that he was no longer coming to me because he got given another trip I then called back the company to ask them why this happened and they told me they would send another cab and it would be 10 minutes I then waited 20 mins until that finally arrived But even so i still had to run down the road to find him as he didn t stop at my location I was not given any help after this horrible experience not even a price drop

Had previously used Cheetah a few times for airport runs no problem But recently was quoted a price inclusive of parking rates An extra charge was added to my card a few days later for parking No refund no customer service sorting out the problem

Terrible service Do not use Arranged airport pick up with a car seat Driver had no idea how to fit the car seat so suggested he drives in a completely unsafe position without a seat belt Driver was very rude and actually physically rough with our 8 month baby when trying to fit the car seat with her in it Worst customer service I have ever experienced Head office screened our calls and refused to pick up the phone when I tried to speak to them to suggest they send a different car and driver Left us completely stranded

Zero stars AVOID at all costs This is the WORST airport taxi service I have ever experienced This company and their drivers are unreliable unprofessional and are only out to steal as much money as they can get from you They quote a few which has almost doubled in the last year and then they add punitive costs for any delay which may occur at pick-up or drop off even where these events are completely outside of your control They charged me 65 pounds for a journey from Heathrow T3 to West Hampstead Absolutely disgusting Do not fall victim to this shameful company when there are so many other options out there

The driver Raja must have thought he was operating a formula 1 car Accelerating aggressively braking very suddenly all throughout the 1 30 journey I am never sick in the car after over 3 years of taking taxis the car everywhere my kids have never been sick in any car After such erratic driving I was feeling a little sick I ended up being alright but my 1 and a half year old son ended up vomiting on himself and a little on the car seat during one excessive acceleration followed by sudden breaking I cleaned up most of the sick from the car seat the explained kindly to the driver that his driving was not aligned to what was expected when driving young kids At this point he started shouting saying that he couldn t fly his only option was to beak aggressively When we got to the airport he kept shouting to the point that my 3 year old asked me daddy why is the man shouting The driving was terrible the shouting was not acceptable Terrible experience all around

The driver I had this morning was the most obnoxious being Very rude aggressive manner and disrespectful Cheetah cars have been going since I was a little girl People like this gives the company a bad name It Would be much appreciated if this driver isn t sent to my address again

I booked this company for 2 airport transfers The driver was late for the first booking and the second booking was cancelled an hour before the scheduled pick up time As this was an airport transfer it was a very stressful and upsetting situation to find ourselves in My daughter and I were literally left stranded in London a few hours before our flight during rail strikes Having since seen similar comments online this is obviously a regular occurrence I would highly recommend paying a little more for a reputable reliable company which this isn t Avoid this company at all costs

Cancelled our car to the Eurostar terminal at the last minute during the rail strikes said they hadn t anticipated the strikes unlike everyone else in the country and it didn t matter that I had booked and paid a week in advance Rude on the phone unapologetic asked what I wanted them to do Well obviously I d like them to deliver the service paid for Would never recommend this service If I could give zero stars I would
