Very slow paid for delivery

Very slow paid for delivery and not even a person to talk to when trying to find your package just a answer machine to leave a message

Delivery took too long with no idea of when it would arrive as no tracking was available Also the 2 products boxes were completely damaged in the envelope Not too pleased with the whole experience

Please acknowledge orders

Correct goods arrived Took slightly longer than expected to deliver Very badly packaged and consequently both packs of medicated patches were damaged Very disappointed

Because there was no acknowledgement of the order or payment no delivery advice and no response to emails I ordered a much needed item from another online pharmacy My original order from Chemist Counter Direct did indeed arrive - shortly after I had purchased elsewhere I did not obviously wish to buy the same thing twice but did not return due to high postage costs To avoid confusion please acknowledge orders
