Not very happy with the delivery timing

Well it did arrive but the box the items were In was far from satisfactory and I was surprised it made the journey

Not very happy with the delivery timing as was expecting it a lot quicker and there was no information of the delivery status

Took too long for products to arrive

My order for soluble paracetamol arrived in less than a week which is good going during the Coronavirus crisis The use-by date for the medicine printed on the box was 2022 so it had plenty of shelf life The cost was quite high - 19 99 22 98 inc postage for 100 tablets works out at 20p per tablet which is a lot for paracetamol several days later the same brand is now on sale at half the price with other retailers The cardboard medicine carton had been opened and flattened and the tablets removed I assume this was to fit them in the fairly small packaging used for postage but it did give me a moment s qualm to use an opened carton of medicine The printed brand - Zentiva - on the sealed foil strips of tablets was black and white and based on that again I felt that I was going on trust that the tablets were the genuine article

A Tad Slow

Have used this company now for a number of years without problems However my latest order dated 1st May only received today 10th May Either Royal Mail were slow or the order completion was slow

Hi Although I had to wait a few days for my order to be delivered as I was in a lot of pain I could had done with the tablets been delivered next day it came in good condition and well packaged and correct

A better deal than the High St Chemist

Good service but I was disappointed because I was only able to order one lot of the product I needed despite explaining to the pharmacist that the whole family needed this product and ordering in bulk could save on delivery costs

No issues as such only the standard rate post is slow I waited 5 days for delivery You pays your money and makes your choice

I needed some hayfever medication

Adv - Good price cheaper than High St chemists Fast delivery and well packed Disadvantage - you have to pay postage which was slightly more expensive than I had initially thought
