Was using this company cherryfiesta I deposited around 2000 pound without any winnings I finally won 2000 euros which is around 1500 English money I withdrawed the money Customer service said it takes 21 day to be approved which it wasn t I then contacted them constantly to get referred to an email in which you get no response from I told them it s their liability to sort this out the guy sent me a message saying do you think if you keep coming back on the chat your money is gonna come quicker then ended the chat every time I go to the chat it ends straight away very rude anyone know how I could take this further and get this site closed down I ve sent them an email with police reference as they are investigating this site

Scam site I ve probably deposited over a thousand the last year or so and tried to withdraw 200 on 28th August saying it takes between 7-21 working days Went on the site a couple of weeks ago and the withdrawal was cancelled and back on the balance on the site so I immediately withrew it again I ll see what happens this time The chat is a waste of time email after email and no reply and it now even says can t deliver email
