SCAM BUSINESS - DO NOT ORDER Exactly as previous reviews this company is a complete scam Placed an order online and did not receive it - tracking shows that it is stuck with Yun Express No response from customer service and unable to comment on instagram Thankfully I was able to arrange a chargeback through my credit card provider

Absolute joke Ordered almost 3 months ago had an email start of August saying it ll take a bit longer 3 weeks or so it s end of September emailed them on Sunday it says email doesn t exist Great

Do not purchase this brand - I thought it was lovely got targeted on instagram and at the time they weren t any review yet So the reality is I ordered something and it took 25 days to come though i paid 9 delivery for express shipping I had to chase 3 times to know where it was and received really poor update without any ETA Then when finally received the fit is awful way too small and the quality is not at all as per photo It s just cheap copy design Don t make my mistake just stay away

Brutal experience

Brutal experience Ordered three sets - only received two and both were of very poor quality - polyester not material described on website Requested a refund and was told that discounted items couldn t be returned but that they would refund 60 of what I paid and I could keep the unwearable items Now I can t get a response as to how I get refunded and if my third set will arrive I m raising a claim through my credit card company

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand The fabric description on the website was not accurate and the quality of the item I received was very cheap considering the 60 price tag The company address is listed as France but shipping took at least 3 weeks and came from China They say they offer returns but not if an item is discounted which is not inline with UK consumer law for online selling and they discount everything so in reality they do not accept returns I had a long email exchange before they eventually gave me a refund

Total scam DO NOT ORDER

This is a total scam and fake company Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and never received anything and zero accurate response It mentioned it is based in France but they sent a tracking number from a Chinese mail which doesn t show any progress DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They keep changing their name on instagram 7 times and they closed their comments so nobody can complain

SCAM As per all the other reviews I purchased an item that took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it wasn t as described Not linen and far too small I now trying to get a refund and they are not responding to emails Also their instagram account doesn t allow messages or comments Says everything Contacting instagram to report the page It s just spam steer clear

The same people as Lucille Mercier who have recently rebranded to Lucille DuPont because of so many negative reviews Ordered the item was sent the wrong size and they told me they wouldn t deal with it and that they didn t accept returns despite it being their mistake After 5 follow up emails saying that it was their mistake no answer and they have since rebranded Scam scam scam
