Not only do they know how to do chicken- their employees know how to treat the customers with Respect and are very helpful -PLUS they have the best manners ever Only place I go to get my chicken tenders Highly recommended And they give their employees break on Sunday Bravo

My wife and I have fond memories of eating here numerous times in college We love the food and we enjoy the fact that it is a Christian-based business although we are a different denomination than the owners The food is good the fries are wonderful and we ve always had friendly customer service

What a great chain They are fast friendly clean and care about my experience The store in Garner NC is excellent The order is always right and the customer service is exemplary Other fast food chains need to take a peek at training retaining and maintaining the workforce from this company GREAT JOB

No one beats their customer service

No one beats their customer service Long time customer but I used mobile ordering for the first time and messed up and left off my peach milk shake When I arrived I noticed it wasn t with the order Then we noticed I hadn t actually ordered it on the mobile app I went to the register to order and pay but the manager apologized even though we knew it was my mistake and then he comped it For this and for many other reasons Chick Fil A stands above all other fast food restaurants

This company wrote the book on fast service The use of double drive thru and curbside pickup make them the fastest in Central Florida They are exceptional servicing the food which is by the way delicious Extremely clean and careful following CDC guidelines in this COVID era Kudos

Excellent Cuisine

Excellent Cuisine So my son my uncle and my brother Jim were all in the mood for some yummy fried chicken They suggested to me that we check out the local KFC or Chicken Cottage I said NO This time we shall be attending the great Chick Fil a and they were not disappointed no sir Jim even stated that he would never doubt my integrity in regards to recommending restaurants ever again A fine establishment with a great business model I shall be returning with my family soon hungry for more
