my absolute favorite place to eat but I must say that you have to be more careful with covid

First time at this Chili s The upside is the service was excellent our service did a great job Every thing was in a timely manner from taking our order to bringing it hot He continued to follow up during our meal The food was very good The only complaint is the place is a bit run down And the table was very sticky the over all ambiance needs work If not for server probably would have given them less stars

Excellent service as always

Employees are friendly and food is served quickly I got the spicy shrimp tacos which are the bomb

We love eating at Chilli s Our waitress Dee was excellent She was constantly checking on our needs She kept bringing my husband the ice tea with strawberry mixed in He loves it

i ordered from chillis on line and never got my order i was very upset and Heather worked on resolving my issue chillis need more managers like her who cares about your order and the customer great customer service Heather you are awesome

Service was great Waited an extra minute because a young lady was sweeping our table area before we were seated Waitress Bobby was very attentive to us and very quick in responding to our requests Food delicious and hot Amazing sweet tea
