Customer service representative was rude didn t explain anything felt like I was being sold on something w o hearing my options Can t speak English good enough to understand what she was saying Argued with me over the zip code Talked over me when I d talk I hung up and not sure how she got us power w o my approval I was planning to call someone else today Horrible experience

Bait and Switch

My Fixed rate was a bait and switch for a variable rate dependent on usage this will no doubt cost me a fortune for the length of the contract - there are tons of contracts out there with really reputable suppliers - don t bother with these folks

Online guidelines are misleading

New Customer been on hold for 40 mins rep has me on hold and stated she will check in in 3mins once she looks over account

Must know Spanish

Not trying to be unkind but if you don t speak spanish do not enroll with GEXA energy company Their customer service agents do not speak English very well and it s very difficult to understand anything they re saying Unless you actually speak Spanish you re not gonna be able to communicate with them very well

I signed up on Power to Choose with Tri

I signed up on Power to Choose with Tri Eagle Energy I called them to sign up for average billing on the plan When I received the documents through my email the price PKH had changed I tried to talk to the customer Service about it She BARELY spoke English I called back this lady s English wasn t much better The accent was so thick I told them to cancel everything I told them to email the cancelation to me Still waiting on it Not impressed with them or this process Looks like I will be married to Reliant for the foreseeable future

Gexa uses false advertising and should be removed Claiming one rate and then sending contract with complete different rate

I selected a fixed rate plan from the

I selected a fixed rate plan from the menu I selected The Gexa Eco Saver Plus 24 plan However this is not a fixed rate offer 12 3 The rate is actually 18 cents with a credit of 125 per month which makes it variable I any trying to resind the offer but am have greatdifficulty If you can help I would appreciate it Thomas Haydon 281-630-3275

Cancelled new service due to contract not expired yet They switched me anyway

I got info for new service and made arrangements to get service Then I called back two hours later and said I was still under contract and do not connect new service They did anyway I called them and told them not to connect service because I was still under contract with reliant They assured me that I had cancelled my request to switch providers Now I m charged 285 fir early termination fee and have to go thru reestablishing service with reliant
