Representative was very informative Explained all the fine print and hidden fees took the time to listen to my concerns and found me a fit for my power needs

The rep David was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money on my electricity bill

Powertochoose is useful with caveats

This was the 3rd time I used powertochoose The site does as advertised and is easy to use They got a 4star because they listed the options that met my criteria under the options that they were paid to present to me I know that they have to make their money but it was frustrating to have to sort through all the ones that ignored my criteria to find the ones that fit

Even though my first three choices were

Even though my first three choices were not available my fourth choice went through like a breeze I do recommend that those that are no longer available be removed immediately Thank you

We renewed with the company

We renewed with the company after our 1 yr plan expired We were actually able to get a lower rate off powertochoose org rather than what company offered I can call and speak with a live person quickly the rate is good and they gave me a couple emails warning my plan was expiring The one thing I don t like is they only email your statement A couple times I have almost missed my payment due date

Application process was smooth but they indicate that their 1st welcome e-mail will be sent in 15 minutes but it s been over 30 minutes and no e-mail has been received yet

Made it easier for me I do wish the actual power companies had better rates and plans to choose from but your company was great Very helpful

Small company BIG savings

They are a small company that provides power at a great rate but they need to invest in upgrading their website An unrecognizable name and a poor website aren t going to get you very far Or maybe they don t care in that case good for them

I m so grateful for being able to get service on short notice and at a great rate I will be glad to give 5 stars once I get into my new apartment I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a good deal with fair prices

Nice recovery

Well to date I was saddened by a comment made by a representative but I sort of wrote it off We had a brief outage but it recovered almost immediately I wasn t sure if that was a switch over or something but I was able to resume almost seamlessly That was important to me Thanks for the opportunity in allowing me to express this concern
