I liked that it was easy and fast to sign up however I was supposed to receive an email with details 15 minutes after signing up But I haven t received an email yet and it s been hours

Payment options being limited

Due to being a customer for only 3 months - I don t feel that I have been a customer long enough to submit a valid opinion The main factor that is a headache for me is the fact I m in my 70 s live alone I don t receive my bill via U S Mail With that being shared I don t not have a printer Causing me to forward my email invoice to a neighbor monthly so they will print me a copy Then I pay my bill mail in Being on a fixed income paying my bills by U S Mail allows me to be on top of my bills Vs any autopay deduct plan

I had just signed up with the company

I had just signed up with the company online I took a moment for them to change the date for starting service The representative was very polite his customer service skills were good however the person should have been able to access online as well without going to a support team This is what he kept referring to and that process slowed down a start up date ONLY This I believe will keep people from being impatent and start doubting I m ol school so it didn t affect me that way I remember when the digital world wasn t dominate There are other questions I have in mind about the billing process when the year is up will the charges change and if so to what rate Perhaps calling or sending the information via email or a letter Thank you and have the BEST day that you can

Great service for those with poor credit or no credit They are more expensive than most companies who bill monthly

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible Barley speak English and it takes a miracle to spell out every letter of an email address It s crazy and just explaining the service is a lot I may change to txu just to get English speakers

Power to choose used to have reasonable deals

We have used this sites for many years and always found great deals but this year there was nothing reasonable and we looked for 2 months Not good during a time when the economy is hard on many especially retirees on a fixed income

This is what companies get by demanding immediate feedback

I am giving a middle of the road rating because I have not had time to enjoy what is actually a life saving necessity I just signed up about an hour ago I doubt I even have service yet Great job on getting right on the demand for a review though As an update to this ChooseTexasPower org thinks I am so stupid I don t know what an automated e-mail is This is why our power grid is buckling under this heat wave We have morons in charge of everything
