I purchased a firearm from this company It was defective I incurred additional costs ie FFL fee warranty and a few boxes of shells Gun was sent back and a refund was given I called company about my additional costs and was told there was nothing they would do Being that this gun was defective I feel this company should work with me but they don t care They wouldn t even refund my warranty cost on a gun that I don t even own anymore Don t gamble on a defective gun from this company

Ordered 2k item ten days ago still not shipped

Ordered 2k item ten days ago company immediately charged my card and the item still has not shipped I have also emailed and called the company multiple times with no response going to give them a couple of more days and then issue a fraud chargeback through my bank This is absolutely unacceptable customer service under any circumstance

Ordered a surplus firearm from them Beretta Mod 81 Paid for additional Hand Select Pistol arrived without a grip screw and associated bushing I contacted them through social media They said they didn t have any spares but credited me for 10 and directed me to Gunpartscorp Of the two missing parts only one was available I ended up going on EBay for the bushing and could only buy it in a set for 36 72 Nowhere in the advertisement for the weapon did it say some assembly required missing parts Avoid this company like AIDS

I have enjoyed reviews of various firearms but became concerned that possibly everything wasn t correct with the presentation Clint said that he IS A MARINE RESERVIST SGT it also says this in the company bio but he has a beard Its been awhile since I serves in the Marine Reserves but we ALWAYS had to maintain the same dress and appearance code as the regulars when in uniform I have sent three emails to Classic Firearms asking to explain how he is serving in the Marine Reserve - WITH A BEARD NO RESPONSE I would hope that this company is not engaging in stolen valor to sell products

Zero stars if it was possible Stay away Unfortunately I should have read the reviews here before ordering because I m facing exactly what others did I order two items totalling over 136 a buttstock and a buffer tube instead received a lower parts kit worth 40 If you try to call at 4 PM their time they are closed Now I m going to have to deal with what everyone here is dealing with which is slow response times and if lucky get my refund after having to ship the item back Reporting to BBB and reporting mail fraud

If I could give them negative stars I would After waiting 10 days for shipment they sent my purchase to an FFL they had on file that had changed its name at the same address The dealer said classic has done this multiple times and refused the shipment Classic wanted another 47 for shipment so I asked them to cancel the sale They hung up on me and are attempting to take 80 off the refund for shipping and a 25 restocking fee Never again
