Fraudulent site overpopulated with fake profiles When in my class maybe 5-8 stood out who actually graduated and the rest are all fake profiles Including the ones who message me Makes the entire experience of being here quite a creepy one Who knows what sort of info they data mine off of you

I had a free account with classmates com and then they processed an auto renewal but instead of continuing the free account and changing me zero dollars they upgraded me to a paid account and charged me 96 This is not a renewal this is a scam - no wonder they have such a low rating and so many complaints - I should have researched more - BAD BUSINESS

I ordered a 1960 Colville High School yearbook skookums You sent me a 1987 yearbook I sent the 1987 back to you expecting that I would get the proper one back 1960 However that has not happened You were only 27 years off This happened several months ago Please send me the correct yearbook or return my money please

WARNING Classmates com automatic renewal systemI just discovered a charge on my credit card I never received a notice of any kind that there was an auto-renewal or that my cost for two years would double from 48 to 96 I contacted them about the charge and they refused to refund me If you want to stay with Classmates you should check if you have their auto renewal plan and change it I urge anyone with a complaint about classmates com to file with the Attorney General s office in Washington State where they are located as well as the Better Business Bureau

I USED TO BE ABLE TO LOOK UP EACH YEAR ON FREE ACCESS NOW I CAN T EVEN GET BACK ON TO MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT THIS USED TO BE A GOOD SEARCH MEDIUM NOW I M VERY DISAPPONTED I AM TRYING TO FIND ALL IMAGES OF A SPECIFIC PERSON AND NOW UNABLE TO DO SO BECAUSE ALL BOOKS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING UP TO ACCESS NOR ARE ALL PAGES WITHIN THE BOOKS WHEN I TRY NOW ALL I SEE ARE GRID VIEW AND EVEN THOSE ARE NOT COMPLETE CAN NOT ENLARGE THUMBNAILS ANYMORE CAN NOT GO BACK TO BEGINNING OF BOOK OR SWITCH THUMBNAILS AND SOME OF THE YEARS ARE NOT EVEN SHOWING ANYMORE

Was billed in Dec for renewal on subscription Disputed a partial charge since it seemed high The bank investigated and said it was legit however Classmates did not turn back on the subscription I know this because a I received emails requesting payment I contacted them on 1 23 asking them for a refund since I had no subscription since Dec No refund

A bogus BS scam all protected by a bunch of legalese crap which should give anyone that reads the terms and conditions would be a glaring flag about this business Never advised of a billed renewal policy that I could recall but it was most likely hidden in their legal terms You have to dig pretty deep to find a phone number and then they direct you to their site to run you around the barn even more Stay away from this outfit and you ll reduce your frustration level big time

No Refund policy because they Never refund only reject giving your stolen money back This is how this crooked company operates - never pays any money back I NEVER enrolled in the first place - period This is a SCAM and they make millions ripping off people and the money they steal is not approved Why won t the government shut these crooks down - Scammers

This site is simply an auto renewal scam I informed them within minutes of being charged for auto renewal that it was not my intention to opt in and did not know to opt out of my trial Of course I should ve known to opt out so they aren t unlike other companies that make money from auto renewal but I informed them within minutes meaning I did not take advantage of any of their site s services or products or whatever else they offer prior to informing them but they still declined my request for a refund 21 50 spent to know to never do business with Classmates com or any company affiliated with Classmates com ever again That s fine cheap information
