More interested in sales than current customers

My husband has clear We went to MDW to verify it There was an idiot salesman that walked to us and asked if we needed any assistance He would rather sell me CLEAR instead of helping my husband a current customer I understand we live in a capitalistic society but he wasn t doing any new customers any favors but ignoring the current ones

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever Who hires and trains these people They are so busy chatting amongst themselves they don t even know whats going on FLL is the bottom of the barrel it s a total cluster of unorganized bodies I travel very frequently and after the last few months experiences I will not be renewing Not worth the hassle TSA Pre is fine

Do not stop for the Clear Sales Reps

We were stopped by a Sales Rep in the Las Vegas airport After taking information for about 15 minutes we were told that I could not complete enrollment as my cell phone billing account is in my husband s name This is crazy The Sales Rep became extremely rude at this point and we walked away We almost missed our flight due to this delay as we had to then wait in the regular security line Do not get stopped by these people if you are rushing to make a flight They do not disclose all information needed in an effort to make a quick sale

1 Hour Line Missed My Flight

Arrived at Denver International MORE than an hour before my regional domestic flight I spent a full hour in the Clear security line The Clear line moved so slowly that the xray machines were sitting idle I would have moved twice as fast in the general security line As a result of Clear s ridiculous experience I missed my flight and lost 12 hours sitting in the airport

Bs Smell rat They say unable to verify your identity even though your information are correct but they are willing to force you upgrade Scammer

Super expensive

Super expensive costumer service has zero solutions We can t put my wife information in the app or at the airport have trouble with her go through in the airport so we just gonna drop it For 300 for a year For get it Terrible terrible

Waste of money in Orlando

I flew with 3 others in the Orlando airport One had TSA pre check I have Clear Plus and the other two went through regular security TSA pre check went straight through I went through Clear Plus and ended up in the security line after the 2 that went through regular security Not worth getting

Just a scam And If you got this service Every time you re going to get secondary check at the TSA so basically is just like a red flag lol plus they have the worst customer service And they over charge you If they have your card information take my advice and cancel your card now and get a new one before they keep charging you
